It's a takeover! Join us as Chef Davin, from The Plot takes over Lilian's for one unforgettable night of culinary exploration and collaboration. The chef-centric menu will feature four-courses, all highlights of Chef Davin of The Plot focuses on the total utilization of fresh, boundary-pushing ingredients. 

Offered in conjunction with The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe's inaugural Wellness Weekend, a three-day line up of wellness-inspired experiences and events, this special night celebrates San Diego's top culinary talent and commitment to sustainability.


The goal of The Plot’s team is to go beyond sustainability in order to become a regenerative business — not just minimizing impact but helping to repair our environment. This includes restoring green spaces in the surrounding community to sequester carbon in healthy soil, supporting farmers and purveyors that are doing the same, and educating communities about the benefit of localizing our food system. The future hope? That The Plot becomes a replicable template, a thriving example of what a deliciously idealistic business can be in California and well beyond.
